Canadian filmmaker Liz Marshall of LizMars Productions found her passion for image-making as a teenager behind the lens of her first camera. Since the 1990s she has co-created multiple award-winning documentary features, television and new media projects around the globe. With a focus on social and environmental themes, Liz’s body of globally reviewed and exhibited work is recognized for its intimate access, cinematic storytelling and consciousness raising impact.
